Meet The Instructors

Keith Clary is a Guitar Instructor with over 20 yrs of experience. He started with Musicians 1 Stop in July 2010. Keith has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ohio University, he majored in Music Theory/Music Composition and minored in Psychology. He also completed his post graduate work in Music Education at Ohio State University. Keith is currently accepting new students.

Dick Tobin is our Piano instructor, he came to work with us after retiring form Honda in 2010. Dick has been playing for about 30 yrs and got his start with the nuns at St Mary's as a child. In the early to mid 80's he was living in Norfolk, VA and spent several years playing with a Blues band that opened for several national acts. In 1986 Dick returned to Marion and started playing in Country bands. Since retirement he spends much of his time teaching with us and playing at several area Nursing Homes. Dick is also accepting new students at this time.

Brian Jester is our Drum instructor, he discovered his love of music at the age of 7 and has been playing drums for 17 yrs. Brian was a member of the Jazz, Concert and Orchestra bands all through High School. From 1999-2001 he was a member Capital Regiment Drum & Bugle Core out of Columbus. After High School Brian attended Musicians Institute in Los Angeles, CA. for recording and drums. Brian is accepting new students.
